No Time to Create Training?
What to do when you don't have time to create training content
I hear this this all the time from growing tech companies. You’re building features faster than you can document them, and your support teams are drowning in “how do I do X?” tickets.
I get it. But here's what's happening: you're spending more time answering the same questions over and over than you would spend creating one good training video or document.
When people say they don’t have time to create training content, they usually mean they don’t have time to create a great, big full-on course or user guide.
So just start small. Pick the one question your support team answered most often last week. Create one 3-minute video that answers it completely. Put it everywhere: help center, onboarding emails, even in-app tooltips if you can.
That one video will save your team hours every week. And now you have time to make the next one.
