Project Deliverable:

A comprehensive User Guide that covered all areas of their product’s functionality.

Project Description:

Propel had around 75 existing documents in their knowledge center that needed updating, and wanted to produce an end-to-end User Guide for their SaaS product, which is built on the Salesforce platform. Working closely with the team of Product Managers and Developers, I generated deliverable requirements, learned the system, wrote, and validated the text. The result was an additional 250+ pages of documentation and an extensive User Guide they published using Salesforce Knowledge.
